Event Details: In this online event we'll be making a chicken, leek and mushroom pie. A comfort food classic, this is a hearty, warming recipe that's perfect served with a pile of greens. A creamy filling of chicken, buttery leeks, mushrooms and thyme with a touch of wholegrain mustard, topped with a golden brown flakey puff pastry. It's really simple to make and can make one large pie or smaller individual pot pies. Even better, this can be made ahead or frozen so that you have something delicious and homemade ready to go anytime.

I'll show you how to create your pie filling, top it with pastry and decorate it before baking as well as tips and tricks on how to serve, store, fridge or freeze it properly so that you can get the most out of the recipe. You can find all of the ingredient amendments and nutritional information at the bottom of the recipe in the notes.

Packed with tips and tricks that will extend far beyond this event, cookalong with me in real time from your own kitchen with an interactive chat box where you can ask any questions throughout the event. This is beginner friendly whether you're new or experienced in the kitchen, we'll move at a very chilled pace.
