A sweet, custard like yogurt filling baked until caramelised with a creme brûlée flavour on a golden, crunchy brioche base topped with juicy berries. Ingredients
2 slices brioche bread
60g Greek yogurt
1 egg
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 sliced strawberries
Handful of blueberries
Method
Whisk the Greek yogurt, egg, honey and vanilla together with a fork in a small bowl until smooth.
Use the back of a spoon to press into the middle of each brioche slice to create a ‘well’.
Spoon in your custard mixture into the brioche 'well' and top with berries.
Air-fry at 200°C for 6 minutes until golden and crisp.
Top with icing sugar and a drizzle of honey to finish
