Blueberry cheesecake smoothie



Creamy, tangy, sweet and packed with protein. Vibrant purple and ready in less than 5 minutes, our favourite grab-and-go breakfast.

Ingredients


300g frozen* blueberries

1 banana, fresh or frozen*

250ml milk of choice

120g cottage cheese

2 tbsp honey

40g oats

2 scoops whey, I used vanilla

*salt, pinch of



Method

  1. Add everything to a blender or NutriBullet and blitz until smooth.

Good to know:

  • Frozen blueberries/banana gives a thicker texture. If using fresh fruit, add some ice cubes for the same effect

  • Substitute cottage cheese for greek yogurt with a squeeze of lemon for that tangy flavour

  • If you don't love bananas, use 2x medjool dates for a sweet touch

  • Salt is a bit of an odd addition but it's not a typo! It helps cut through the sweetness and enhance the flavours. Just a pinch is great and makes a huge difference!
