Ingredients


2 tbsp cinnamon

2 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp mixed spice

1/4 tsp cardamom

pinch ground clove




Method


  1. All spices used are in their 'ground' varieties

  2. Measure all spices into a bowl and combine
